- 1 Brie round
For The Cranberry Chutney
- 4 cups Cranberries - fresh
- 2 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, and sugar. Simmer over medium-low heat until the berries pop,about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool to room temperature; chutney will thicken as it cools.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the brie in a glass oven to table dish. Top with the chutney. Bake until the cheese is heated through and runny, about 12 to 15 minutes.
