1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

4 ea Naan breadUse garlic flavored or cilantro naan if available

4 ea Chicken Breasts - Boneless

2 ea Bell pepper - green

3 tbsp Tikka masala curry paste

3/4 cup Yogurt

1 ea Green chilli pepper

1 handful torn Cilantro

To serve Mango chutney
Directions
These spiced chicken pizzas using naan bread can be ready in just 20 minutes. Serve with plain yogurt and a good mango chutney.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Slice the red onion thinly and mix with the red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Set aside. |

Place the naan breads on a baking tray. Moisten by sprinkling a little water over and warm for just a couple of minutes in the oven. Slice the chicken breasts crossways. Combine the chicken and peppers in a frying pan. Stir in the curry paste and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. |

Remove the naan bread from the oven and plate with a naan topped with a layer of yogurt followed by the chicken curry. Add the red onion, green chilli, a sprinkle of cilantro. Top with a little mango chutney. |
