1 pn Salt
4 oz Shortening
4 oz Butter unsalted
4-6 tbsp Water Ice cold

    Sift the flour and salt into the food processor, then dice the cold unsalted butter and shortening and add to the food processor.

    With the food processor running, add the ice cold water 1 tablespoon at time until the mixture begins to clump into a ball then stop. The mixture is ready to shape into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling out
