2 cups Chick peas
1/4 tsp Cumin - ground
1/2 tsp Coriander - ground
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Olive oil, Extra virgin
1/4 cup Tahini
2 cloves chopped Garlic, fresh
4 drops Hot sauce
To taste Salt and Pepper
6 tbsp Water

      In the food processor, puree the first nine ingredients then test for flavor and add salt and pepper. With the food processor running, add the water, a little at a time until you get a nice dipping, creamy consistency.
