Thank you Emeril Lagasse for this great recipe which we make numerous times in summer months and serve with a nice salad. The recipe source is: Emeril Live EM1F26e (https://www.emerils.com/source/emeril-live-em1f26e)

    Steps

    1
    Done

Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag.

    2
    Done

Using a large glass measuring jug combine all of the marinade ingredients. Stir well and pour over the steak. Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator in a glass baking dish (to catch any leaks) for at least 6 hours or preferably, 24 hours.

    3
    Done

Heat a gas or charcoal grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry with paper towel. Place the steak on the grill and cook to desired doneness. For rare this will take about 6 minutes per side. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
