- 3/4 cup Low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cucumbers - fine chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives, snipped
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp Coriander seed
- 3 tbsp Mint - leaves picked and chopped
- 3 tbsp Cilantro - leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Serrano peppers minced
- Chive blossoms to garnish
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
