1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce

8 oz Shrimp - large peeled

1 cup Cherry tomatoes

10 oz Chick peas

2 cups Baby spinach

1/4 cup Feta cheese - crumbled

Position a shelf 4 inches below broiler and set oven to low broil. Spray a large rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray. |

In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, Chili garlic sauce and honey. Add the shrimp, tomatoes, cut n half and chick peas. Toss well to coat with the mixture. Spread out in an even layer on the sheet pan. |

Broil for 5 minutes then stir and broil for a further 2 to 3 minutes, making sure that the shrimp are no longer pink. |

To serve, divide the fresh spinach between two bowls, top with the shrimp mixture and sprinkle the feta cheese on top. |
