Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Shallot - minced
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, shallot, garlic, salt and pepper in a sealable glass dressing carafe. Shake vigorously until combined.
