Zucchini - shredded

Semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and margarine until light and fluffy
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, with the shredded zucchini going in last. Give it a good stir to mix evenly.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish
Sprinkle with the cup of chocolate chips and a tablespoon of sugar. (Turbinado works well)
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
