Ingredients

  • 1 cup Self raising flour
  • 1 cup Dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar Superfine
  • 4 oz Butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk
  • 2 eea Egg - large

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF
  • Lightly grease a 8 x 12inch deep baking pan. Line base and sides with baking parchment, extending paper 1 inch above the edges.
  • Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and cooked.
  • Slice when cooled.
