Instructions
Sift the flour and salt into the food processor, then dice the cold salted butter and add to the food processor.
Pulse the mixture to a coarse breadcrumb texture. The butter should all be completely incorporated at this point.
Gradually add the liquid by starting with 1 tbsp milk or water, then adding a little more until the mixture comes together to form a dough.
Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
