Hummus #1

Ingredients

  • 4 ea Scallions - sliced
  • 2 cups Chick Peas - Rinsed
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander - ground
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 ea Garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 drops Hot sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 6 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • In the food processor, puree the first nine ingredients then test for flavor and add salt and pepper. With the food processor running, add the water, a little at a time until you get a nice dipping, creamy consistency.
