A cheesecake to love.
I was not always a lover of cheesecake in fact, it took to reach about 60 years of age before my taste was grown up enough to enjoy it. Recently I have made a few and they were all good.
This one I made for my grandsons 16th birthday celebration (now I feel really old), as I knew he liked Key Lime Pie
If you like Key Lime Pie also, you will love this no-bake cheesecake with lime and white chocolate. No apologies for my scruffy piping. Needs practice.
