This weekend was time for a greek cookout with a catch. Originally planned on using the BBQ for our pork souvlaki<\/a> but instead chose to use our Ninja Foodie and air fry it. It worked beautifully. Only 12 minutes to cook and served up dressed in Tzatziki sauce<\/a> with a side salad with feta, olives and pepperoncini and pita bread. Opa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
