Ingredients

  • 2 1\/3<\/span> cups<\/span> Flour<\/span><\/li>
  • 3\/4 + 2 tbsp<\/span> cup<\/span> Butter, salted<\/span><\/li>
  • 1\/3 + 2 tbsp<\/span> cup<\/span> Icing sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> ea<\/span> Egg yolk<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Water<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Instructions
    <\/div> <\/h3>
    • Sift the flour and salt into the food processor, then dice the cold salted butter and add to the food processor.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add the icing sugar to the food process.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Pulse the mixture to a coarse breadcrumb texture. The butter should all be completely incorporated at this point.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add the egg yolks and the cold water and pulse again to a soft dough.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Divide the dough into 2 balls, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n
