pan, pushing the mixture out and about halfway up the sides. Bring to a simmer then remove from the heat and add in the broken chocolate. Leave for 5 minutes to allow it t soften then stir until smooth. With the paddle beaters, beat the mixture until light and fluffy.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2970-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Reduce the beater speed to low and beat in the cooled white chocolate mixture until fully combined and smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and pour into the crust.
