4 oz, rind off Brie Round

1/3 cup Strawberry preserves

Preheat the oven to 350ºF |

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the phyllo shells on the baking sheet and set to one side. |

Cut the brie into 15 roughly equal pieces and place 1 piece in each cup. |

Bake until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes. Put a 1/4 teaspoon of strawberry preserves on top off the melted brie, smoothing it out to cover the cheese. |
