1 cup Pecans chopped

1 cup Walnuts - chopped

1.5 tsp Salt

0.5 cups Light brown sugar

0.25 cups Maple syrup

0.75 cups Honey

1 cup Canola Oil

1 tbsp Cinnamon - ground

1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Directions
We have tried and tested a number of granola recipes over the years but the most recent, which comes from Tom Miller, a friend of ours, stands out as a winner with just the right amount of sweetness and moisture.

Preheat the oven to 325ºF. |

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a very large bowl. |

Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. |

Pour the saucepan mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. |

Prepare two large sheet pans by spraying lightly with Cooking spray or line with parchment paper. |

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely before storing in sealed containers. |
