3eaChicken breast, skinless and boneless - 1" Cubes
1/2cupGreek yogurt
2eaGarlic cloves, minced
1tbspGinger - minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1tspCoriander - ground
1/2tspTurmeric
1/2tspCumin
1tspPaprika
1/2tspChilli powder - mild
1pnCinnamon
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspBlack Pepper
2tbspCanola oil
2tbspCilantro - leaves finely chopped
Instructions
Place the chicken pieces into a bowl with yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Mix together, cover and marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Thread onto skewers, then brush with oil.
Cook on the barbecue for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Altenaively cook on a griddle,
Test for doneness then serve sprinkled with Cilantro
