Green Cabbage head sliced into thin strips

Cilantro - leaves finely chopped

Greek yogurt

Instructions
Remove any damages outer leaves. Cut out the core then slice as thinly as possible. Place in a large bowl.
Add the julienned carrots and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and toss lightly.
In a jug, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, white wine vinegar and season lightly.
Add the dressing to the bowl and toss well until everything is nicely coated. Sprinkle with the paprika and serve.
