Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Fresh horseradish - grated
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavor to develop.
