Horseradish Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Fresh horseradish – grated
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavor to develop.
