
Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 24 oz Cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1.5 cups Turbinado sugar
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 4 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar and orange juice. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Add 4 tablespoons of Grand Marnier or other orange liquer. Cook on low heat for a further 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve with grated orange zest.
