Jello Fluff

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkt Raspberry Jello crystals
  • 1 cup Water – boiling
  • 3/4 cup Evaporated milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Toppings to decorate

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve jello crystals in the boiling waer and set aside to cool but not set.
  • Place the evaporated milk in a large bowl and beat with an electric beater for 5 minutes.
  • Strir the jello gently into the evaporated milk until well blended.
  • Fill servng glasses, ramekins or dessert bowls and place in the refrigerator to set fully.
  • Decorate with thin slices of strawberry or other fruit. Also Whipped cream is a popular topping.
