
Caprese Salad Platter
Ingredients
- 4-5 ea Beefsteak tomatoes
- 16 oz Mozzarella cheese log
- Basil – leaves picked -handful
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes about 1/4" thick.
- Slice the mozzarella log into similar slices
- Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on a platter, alternating and in rows.
- Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle them lightly over the slices.
- Drizzle with Balsamic glaze
- Garnish with a few basil sprigs and serve
