Strawberry and Brie Phyllo Cups
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Mini phyllo shells (15)
- 4 oz Brie – rind removed
- 1/3 cup Strawberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the phyllo shells on the baking sheet and set to one side.
- Cut the brie into 15 roughly equal pieces and place 1 piece in each cup.
- Bake until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes. Put a 1/4 teaspoon of strawberry preserves on top off the melted brie, smoothing it out to cover the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
