Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cucumbers - fine chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives, snipped
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander seed
  • 3 tbsp Mint - leaves picked and chopped
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro - leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Serrano peppers minced
  • Chive blossoms to garnish

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
