Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Butter, cubed and cold
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 ea Egg yolk
- 4 tsp Water - Ice cold
Instructions
- In the food processor, pulse together the flour and salt.
- Add the cubed butter and pulse to pea sized crumbs.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, egg yolks and ice water.
- Add the sour cream mixture to the food processor and pulse until everything comes together as a dough.
- Shape the dough into 2 balls. Flatten each ball into a dic and wrap each one in cling film.
- Refrigerate until firm, about an hour.
