Ingredients
- 1/2 ea Green Cabbage head sliced into thin strips
- 4 ea Medium carrot - julienned
- 1 ea Red onion - thinly sliced
- 1/2 bnch Cilantro - leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 50 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2 pn Paprika
Instructions
- Remove any damages outer leaves. Cut out the core then slice as thinly as possible. Place in a large bowl.
- Add the julienned carrots and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
- Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and toss lightly.
- In a jug, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, white wine vinegar and season lightly.
- Add the dressing to the bowl and toss well until everything is nicely coated. Sprinkle with the paprika and serve.
