Feeling a bit Greek

This weekend was time for a greek cookout with a catch. Originally planned on using the BBQ for our pork souvlaki but instead chose to use our Ninja Foodie and air fry it. It worked beautifully. Only 12 minutes to cook and served up dressed in Tzatziki sauce with a side salad with feta, olives and pepperoncini and pita bread. Opa!
