Banana Nut Pineapple Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chopped walnuts
- 3 ea Eggs – large beaten
- 1 cup Canola oil
- 2 cups Banana – ripe mashed
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 8 oz Crushed pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease and flour 2 8 inch loaf tins.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt then stir in the chopped walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix the beaten eggs, oil, banana, vanilla essence and crushed pineapple, Stir well to combine the oil well with the other ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients with the flour mixture and stir until evenly moistened throughout then pour into the loaf tins in equal portions.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the loaf tins before removing to finish cooling on a rack.
