Directions
Our old faithful hummus recipe.
Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 4 ea Scallions - sliced
- 2 cups Chick Peas - Rinsed
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Coriander - ground
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 ea Garlic cloves, minced
- 4 drops Hot sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 6 tbsp Water
Instructions
- In the food processor, puree the first nine ingredients then test for flavor and add salt and pepper. With the food processor running, add the water, a little at a time until you get a nice dipping, creamy consistency.
